10 Meter Shuttle sprint
10 Burpees
10 Meter Shuttle Sprint
9 Burpees
10 Meter Shuttle Sprint
8 Burpees
Repeat until you are finished at 1 burpee

Wash Hands – Take a Shower – Eat – Log results
