WHEN TEAM MEMBER (B) GETS BACK FROM RUNNING, TEAM MEMBERS WILL SWITCH, AND TEAM MEMBER (B) WILL NOW PICK UP WHERE TEAM MEMBER (A) LEFT OFF, AND TEAM MEMBER (A) WILL GO RUN. PROCEED THIS WAY UNTIL ALL THE REPS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED.
