Grace should be fun. Going to be by far one of the hardest workouts yet
Hope my ankle feels better by tommorow so i can do this work out looks hard but should be fun!

I liked Grace today its better then any other workout haha. Could’ve used more weight oh well. But felt great after. Crossfit games.
Started of easy but towards 20 it got way hard but it was an awesome workout
Looks like i chose a good day to be sick =)
