The run is getting better but the push ups sucked
triceps where dead by the end, good workout, but hard.
Only did two sets sweated my butt off, but then game day. Five rounds though nah haha
hard because hand release!
Dude this was so difficult. I had to do martial arts after this and I punched like a feather lol. Though I don’t regret staying to finish my last set.
