  1. This workout really got me going. When i was at the 15 reps, halfway through i took off 20 lbs because I almost dropped the bar on myself. Finishes at 4:02 and my shoulders are killing me. Great workout.

  2. Workout today was explosive the set of 15 kinda got me on push press haha. Shoulders feeling sore though! #tryintogetfit
