Kinda easy and kinda hard day
Kinda worried about the deadlifts my back hurts but not too sure if its due to me doing it wrong or I’m just working out the muscles in my back. =/
Today was an easier day, but it still kicked my butt.
Love that day.. but still sore:/ even worse from today but still the great workout:)
Never gonna give up!
Was a good workout. But I hate pull ups.
