Cleans 10x 10-1
Front Squat 10x 10-1

Set one is 10, 10, 10. Set  two is 9, 9, 9. Set three is 8, 8, 8, and so on.
Easy to bite off more than you can chew.
Lifters may start with 40kg, 60kg, 80kg
